And here I am, putting them into words

It start with those with out cross, which means that I just want to talk about the food and its nowhere near bad...okie.. maybe not perfect, but not bad

Very bad, you need to be either trained or very hungry to eat them


Terrible, not sure if your dog will eat them, but I will give it a pass


Must be catered for alien if it even gets so bad


This is the ultimate, I guess even aliens will not eat them.

Pork Rib Rice

This is one of those new meal which combine some favourite meat dish with rice and sometime an extra egg to it.

In this case, Spare ribs in sweet and sour sauce or 排骨王 with rice. Those who knows me will know of my weakness and preference for ribs. This is because ribs are suppose to be one of those tender parts which makes it more chewy than pork belly, but definitely more fat than the lean meat.

However, the first tast of this went terribly wrong. The meat was way oo lean and tough to be that from ribs. Only almost at the last 2 piece of the ribs was there some semblance of tenderness....Its probablt the wrong part and it is slightly over cooked.

The sauce did not taste too well and comes out a bit weird. All in all, if you are picky, avoid this dish.

If you are particular about the cleanliness of the place you dine in, you should avoid it. I actually see a full size cockroach scutter across the floor towards our table and went on its very own way as I was too distracted to capture it at its full glory. While I am not 1 that is that overly concern about how clean a place should be, but please bear in mind that this is Singapore and that at all place, roaches in eatery is a big no no.

The food tasted weird but not that bad so I will say that it is not a total lost (But close enough) and the roach's guest appearance did not help one bit

3 Cup wine Chicken

The 3 Cup Wine Chicken, or 三杯鸡 is a poular dish served in Chinese establishment or eatery serving taiwaness cuisine. It has a signature thick, rich sauce that goes well with plain rice or dry noodle.

That's how it is suppose to be.... but not this one. The sauce did not turn out too well, in fact, its way too watery. It is just nothing more than just plain dark soy sauce. The sauce is not thick and the signature taste is not there. The presence of raw onion and carrot just plain spoils it. If you are looking for 3 Cup Wine Chicken, this is definetly not it.

On the side note, the soup was rather horrible as well.

Final verdict : Horrible

Bo Ho Jia, 不好吃。 Taste Horrible. This are just some of the common and less flowery discription we have for food that is either not to our liking or badly prepared. This blog is not about food we don't like, but about food that's so badly prepared, that even I can cook better. We are not doing this a personal vendetta, more to help those read to avoid food that we found terrible so that you don't have to taste them. And if those who cooked the horrible happened to read this, no, nothing personal, just try to cook better.

Cooking is a matter of passion and skill, without either, people will just shun it.
